Kuih kosui, also known askuih lompang (Jawi:کوءيه لومڤڠ‎), is a traditional Malaysiancake.[1] The kuih is a steamed rice cake made withtapioca flour andrice flour flavoured withpalm sugar andpandan, and eaten with grated coconut.[2] It bears resemblance to the Burmesemont kywe the and Filipinokutsinta.
