Kuala Balah is a state constituency inKelantan,Malaysia, that has been represented in theKelantan State Legislative Assembly.^[1]

The state constituency was first contested in 2004 and is mandated to return a single Assemblyman to the Kelantan State Legislative Assembly under thefirst-past-the-post voting system.

As of 2020, Kuala Balah has a population of 17,684 people.^[2]

According to theGazette issued on 30 March 2018, the Kuala Balah constituency has a total of 8 polling districts.^[4]
