Ta Khmau (Khmer:តាខ្មៅ[taːkʰmaw];lit. 'black grandpa') is the capital and largest city of Kandal province in centralCambodia.The city is about 11 km (7 mi) south ofPhnom Penh (directly borders Phnom Penh).
