Kristall Máni started his senior career when he joinedVíkingur Reykjavík on loan fromFC Copenhagen before the 2020 season in Iceland.[2] He then returned to Víkingur before the 2021 season in Iceland.[3] He joinedRosenborg on August 1, 2022.[4]
On 19 July 2023, Ingason joinedDanish 1st Division clubSønderjyskE on a deal until June 2026.[5]
Kristall Máni made his debut with the national team in the friendly match againstUganda on 12 January 2022, coming on as a second-half substitute.[6]
