Konstantiniyye (Arabic:القسطنطينية,romanized: al-Qusṭanṭīnīyah,lit. 'Constantinople') was aTurkish languageonline magazine published online by theIslamic State (IS), and released byal-Hayat Media Center.[2]Konstantiniyye is the oldOttomanname for present dayIstanbul.[2][3]
The magazine published anti-Turkish messages and targeted Turkish presidentRecep Tayyip Erdoğan, and the currentPeoples' Democratic Party, as well as one of its militant enemies, thePKK.[4]
In late 2016,Konstantiniyye was supplanted byRumiyah.[5]
