Kombai (Komboy) is aPapuan language ofBoven Digoel Regency inSouth Papua,Indonesia. It is spoken by theKombai, including theKombai Kali or River Kombai, who spoke Tayan dialect.

Ethnologue records aWanggom language which is similar to Kombai, spoken by theWanggom people. However, their language has not been attested as a distinct language.[2]
