Kohima Chiethu Airport is agreenfield airport currently under construction at Chiethu, 25 kilometres north ofKohima, the capital ofNagaland inIndia. It will operate as a second airport for Nagaland with the existingDimapur Airport continuing to operate. The new airport is being built by theAirports Authority of India (AAI) over an area of 645 acres.[1][2][3][4]
