Kleis Bozhanaj (born 1 March 2001) is anAlbanian professionalfootballer who plays as amidfielder orforward forSerie B clubCarrarese on loan fromModena.
As a youth player, Bozhanaj joined the youth academy of ItalianSerie A sideEmpoli.[1] Before the second half of 2019–20, he was sent on loan to the youth academy ofNapoli in the ItalianSerie A.[1] In 2021, he was sent on loan to Portuguese second division clubCasa Pia fromSpezia in the ItalianSerie A.[2] On 10 October 2021, Bozhanaj debuted forCasa Pia during a 1–1 draw withMafra.[3]
On 13 July 2022, Bozhanaj moved on loan toCarrarese.[4] On 5 January 2023, the transfer was made permanent.[5] On 25 January 2023, he signed forSerie B clubModena on a permanent deal, before returning on loan to Carrarese until the end of the season.[6]
On 14 July 2025, Bozhanaj returned toCarrarese on loan with an option to buy.[7]
