Kissui (生粋,lit.'absolutely pure') is a brand ofvodka from Japan. In 2007, it was the only Japanese vodka available in the US. Kissui is distilled and bottled byTakara Shuzo inKyoto, Japan.[1][2] It is distilled fromrice,[3] then it's blended with natural spring water fromFushimi,Kyoto.
