Kirti Stambh, (lit. 'Tower of Fame/Triumph'), is located in the city ofVadodara,Gujarat state, westernIndia.

It was named afterChamaraja Wodeyar,Maharaja of Mysore who was a close friend ofMaharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III to mark the friendship betweenMaharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III. Similarly a road inMysore asSayajirao Road.Chamaraja Road starts from Eastern gate ofLakshmi Vilas Palace and has other prominent landmarks likeKhanderao Market, which hosts the office ofVadodara Municipal Corporation and others before terminating nearBhagat Singh Chowk.[1][2][3]
