Town of ancient Cilicia inhabited during Byzantine times

Kirkota was a town ofancient Cilicia inhabited duringByzantine times. Its name does not occur in ancient authors but is inferred fromepigraphic and other evidence.[1]

Its site is located nearKızıldere inAsiatic Turkey.[1][2]
