Kiora is a locality in theEurobodalla Shire,New South Wales, Australia. It is located about 11 km west ofMoruya on the road toAraluen at the point where theDeua River becomes estuarine and changes its name to theMoruya River.[2][3] At the2016 census, it had a population of 54.[1] Its name derives from the Kiora House, which belonged toJohn Hawdon.[2][4] It had a public school from 1868 to 1928.[5]
