Khusugtun is amusical ensemble fromMongolia that plays music inspired bytraditional Mongolian music. The group has released 2albums and notably performed at the 2011BBC Proms.[1] In 2015, the group came in second place in the first season ofAsia's Got Talent.[2] The band is named after a type ofcart, named a "khusug," thatnomadic Mongolians would use to transport theiryurts and other belongings.[1]
