Kharibeh (Arabic:خريبة) is a village in northwesternSyria, administratively part of theBaniyas District of theTartus Governorate, located southeast ofBaniyas. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics, Kharibeh had a population of 3,100 in the 2004 census.[1] The inhabitants are predominantlyAlawites.[2]
