Thekezaixian (Chinese:殼仔絃;Pe̍h-ōe-jī:khak-á-hiân)[1] is a bowedstring instrument in thehuqin family originating inChina. More specifically a type ofyehu, it is a two-stringed fiddle and is used inTaiwan opera.[2]

Traditionally thekhak-a-hian is constructed with acoconut body.
