They formerly also engaged inthird-party logistics,freight services andwarehouse operations, however the former subsidiary was listed on 19 December 2013, under the nameKerry Logistics Network (SEHK: 636).[3]
Its largestshareholder is the family ofRobert Kuok, aMalaysian Chinese businessman and the founder ofShangri-La Hotels and Resorts. It incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability and was listed on theHong Kong Stock Exchange in 1996.[4][5][6]
