Lea Mitchell (born October 22, 1998) is an Americanprofessional wrestler and formerartistic gymnast. She is signed toWWE, where she performs on theNXTbrand under thering nameKelani Jordan. She previously made appearances for WWE's partner promotionTotal Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where she is a former one-timeTNA Knockouts World Champion. She is also a former one-time and inauguralNXT Women's North American Champion.

In August 2022, Mitchell signed a contract withWWE and reported to theWWE Performance Center.^[5][6] Mitchell made her in-ring debut by participating in abattle royal at aNXTlive event on October 28.^[7] On June 27, 2023, atNXT:Gold Rush, Mitchell, under thering nameKelani Jordan, made her on-screen debut as the protégé ofDana Brooke. However, the storyline was dropped when Brooke was released on September 21.^[8] Jordan was announced as a participant in2023 NXT Women's Breakout Tournament, defeatingIzzi Dame in the first round andArianna Grace in the semifinal, but lost toLola Vice in the final at Night 2 ofNXT: Halloween Havoc.^[9] On the November 28 episode ofNXT, Jordan defeatedKiana James to advance for theIron Survivor Challenge atNXT Deadline, but failed to win the match at the event.^[10][11]

In early 2024, Jordan andFallon Henley formed a temporary partnership withChase University'sThea Hail. AtNXT Stand & Deliver on April 6, 2024, Jordan, Hail and Henley defeatedJacy Jayne, Kiana James and Izzi Dame in asix-woman tag team match.^[12] On the May 28 episode ofNXT, Jordan defeatedWren Sinclair to qualify for a spot for the six-womanladder match to crown the inauguralNXT Women's North American Champion atNXT Battleground on June 9,^[13] where she won the ladder match to become the inaugural NXT Women's North American Champion.^[14] On the June 18 episode ofNXT, Jordan defeatedMichin after interference fromJaida Parker in her first title defense.^[15] In September, Jordan feuded with Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, andJazmyn Nyx), who had set their sights on the NXT Women's North American Championship. AtNXT Halloween Havoc on October 27, Jordan defended the title against Fatal Influence in agauntlet match, managing to defeat Nyx and Jayne but ultimately lost the title to Henley, ending her reign at 140 days.^[16]

On January 7, 2025 atNXT: New Year's Evil, Jordan facedCora Jade,Stephanie Vaquer, and Lola Vice in afatal four-way match to determine the number one contender for the NXT Women's North American Championship which was won by Vaquer, who subsequently won the title.^[17] On the April 1 episode ofNXT, Jordan defeatedRoxanne Perez to qualify for the six-woman ladder match for the vacant NXT Women's North American Championship (vacated by Vaquer on the same night) atNXT Stand & Deliver.^[18] At the event, on April 19, Jordan failed to win the title.

On the October 28 episode ofNXT, Jordan successfully defended theTNA Knockouts World Championship againstJordynne Grace after striking her with the championship belt while the referee was distracted at the brawl at ringside betweenRicky Saints andTrick Williams, turningheel for the first time in her WWE career.,^[19] the following week she would explain how the fans will praise so many others for cheating yet condemn her for doing the same, and says she will not be a fighting champion, only forSantino Marella, to tell her she will be defending her title at Gold Rush.

On January 31, 2026 atRoyal Rumble, Jordan made herwomen's Royal Rumble match debut as the 27th entrant.^[20]

On September 26, 2025, Jordan appeared at theVictory Road event of WWE's partner promotionTotal Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where Jordan andLéi Ying Lee won the 10-woman battle royal to determine who would face off for the vacantTNA Knockouts World Championship.^[21] Later in the night, Jordan defeated Lee to win the vacant TNA Knockouts World Championship, marking the firstworld championship in her career.^[22] AtBound for Glory, Jordan defeatedIndi Hartwell to retain the title. AtTurning Point, Jordan defeated M by Elegance to retain the title. AtNXT Gold Rush, Jordan lost the title toLéi Yǐng Lee.

Mitchell is in a relationship with fellow professional wrestler Christian Brigham, known professionally asCarmelo Hayes.^[23][24] They started dating in 2023.^[25] On July 5, 2025, Mitchell announced that she and Brigham got engaged on July 1.^[26][27]
