Kazuo Kawai (川井 一男,Kawai Kazuo) is a former internationaltable tennis player from Japan.[1]

He won agold medal at the1954 World Table Tennis Championships in the Swaythling Cup (men's team event) withIchiro Ogimura,Kichiji Tamasu, andYoshio Tomita.[2][3][4][5][6]
