Katsumi Ōno (大野 勝己,Ōno Katsumi; April 6, 1905 - Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, September 1, 2006^[1]) was a Japanesediplomat.

He entered the JapaneseMinistry of Foreign Affairs in 1929. In 1953-1955 served asAmbassador to the Philippines, and as Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs in 1957–1958. He served as Ambassador to theUnited Kingdom in 1958–1964.
