Kassem Taher Saleh (born 1 June 1993) is a Germancivil engineer and politician of theAlliance 90/The Greens who has been serving as a member of theBundestag since the2021 German federal election,[1][2][3] representing theDresden I district.
Taher grew up inPlauen, Vogtland, Germany.[3] He studiedcivil engineering atTU Dresden andUniversity of Cantabria.[4]
Taher joined the Greens in 2019. In parliament, he serves on the Committee on Housing, Urban Development, Building and Local Government.[5]
