Karl Albert Joseph Peters (23 January 1904 – 2 July 1998) was a German expert incriminal law, criminal pedagogy andmiscarriages of justice.^[1] He studied legal science in Königsberg,Leipzig andMünster.

Peters was awarded theFederal Cross of Merit and theOrder of St. Sylvester.^[1]
