Ahti Karjalainen's second cabinet was the 53rd government ofFinland.[1] The cabinet existed from 15 July 1970 to 29 October 1971. It was a majoritycoalition government formed by theSocial Democratic Party of Finland, theAgrarian League, theFinnish People's Democratic League, theLiberals, and theSwedish People's Party of Finland.
