Karim Belhocine (born 2 April 1978) is a Frenchfootball coach and a former player who played as amidfielder and is the manager of BelgianChallenger Pro League clubFrancs Borains.[1]
Belhocine was born inVénissieux, France, to Algerian parents. His father is fromLakhdaria, while his mother is fromAkbou.[2]
Belhocine previously played for the Belgian sideRE Virton, the Portuguese clubS.C. Espinho, as well as the French amateur clubsUS Forbach andTrélissac . On 8 May 2008, he joinedK.V. Kortrijk, which gained promotion to theBelgian First Division, on a free transfer fromVirton.[3]
On 19 July 2011, Belhocine signed a two-year contract withBelgian Pro League sideStandard Liège.[4]
On 12 October 2021, he returned toKortrijk as a manager.[5]
On 12 November 2024, Belhocine was hired to manageFrancs Borains inChallenger Pro League.[6]
