TheKaili–Pamona languages are a branch of theCelebic subgroup in theAustronesian language family spoken in westernCentral Sulawesi province, Indonesia.[1][2]
Per the 23rd edition ofEthnologue, languages classed under the Kaili–Pamona languages grouping include the following:
Zobel (2020) lists the Kaili–Pamona languages, which he callsNorthern Kaili–Wolio, as CommonKaili,Sedoa,Kulawi,Lindu,Topoiyo,Uma, andPamona. TheBadaic languages (Bada,Besoa, andNapu) are excluded and reclassified with theSeko languages as part of theSouth Sulawesi branch, whileRampi is excluded as a separate branch coordinate toSouth Sulawesi andCelebic.[3]: 301–302
