KSII (93.1FM) is aradio station that serves theEl Paso,Texas, area withhot adult contemporary music known as93.1 KISS-FM. It is under ownership ofTownsquare Media. Its studios are located onNorth Mesa Street in northwest El Paso and its transmitter is located in theFranklin Mountains.

History

93.1 MHz was the originalKAMA-FM, licensed in 1976 to the owners ofKAMA at 1060 kHz. In 1982, the FM station separated from KAMA and changed its calls toKAMZ, with theKSII callsign instituted in 1985.

By2011, KSII reduced therhythmic contemporary lean, and began acting much like anadult contemporary radio station, but still continues to report ashot adult contemporary perMediabase &Nielsen BDS.
