Justiniano (bornJosue Rivera[1]) is an American comic book artist and sex offender.
His work includes theDoctor Fate feature in the 8-issueCountdown spin-offCountdown to Mystery miniseries (with the late writerSteve Gerber) fromDC Comics,Evil Ernie,Chastity andThe Omen forChaos! Comics andThe Titans,The Flash,Beast Boy,The Human Race,Day of Vengeance,The Creeper and52 for DC.

On May 10, 2011, Justiniano was arrested on charges of first-degree possession ofchild pornography, in connection with a July 2010 incident in which he allegedly gave athumb drive containing child pornography to an employee of a funeral home by mistake.[2]
On November 2, 2012, Justiniano pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of child pornography, and was sentenced to a 10-yearsuspended sentence after he served three years in prison, followed by 10 years probation.
