Julian Palmieri (born 7 December 1986) is a French professionalfootballer who last played for French clubGazélec Ajaccio. He has played inLigue 1 forLille, inLigue 2 forSC Bastia, and inSerie B forF.C. Crotone.
In May 2012, it was announced Palmieri would rejoin former clubSC Bastia.[1]
On 10 January 2015, Palmieri scored twice as Bastia came from 0–2 down to defeat reigning championsParis Saint-Germain 4–2.[2]
On 2 July 2016,out-of-contract Palmieri joinedLille on a two-year contract.[3]
In November 2017, free agent Palmieri joinedFC Metz until the end of the season, to replaceMatthieu Udol who had ruptured hiscruciate ligaments.[4]
