Julia Benneckenstein (born 8 March 2000) is a Liechtenstein professionalfootballer who plays as adefender forJefferson Rams.
Benneckenstein was born on 8 March 2000 inLiechtenstein. The daughter of Wolfgang and Carmen, she is the younger sister of Constantin.[1]
Growing up, she attendedItawamba Community College in the United States.[2] Following her stint there, she attendedThomas Jefferson University in the United States.[3]
Benneckenstein played for Swiss sideFC Wil, helping the club achievepromotion from the third tier to thesecond tier.[4]
Benneckenstein is a Liechtenstein international. During February, April, May, and June 2025, she played for theLiechtenstein women's national football team for the2025 UEFA Women's Nations League C.[5]
