Jubilee apple is a moderncultivar of dessertapple, which was developed in theCanadian province ofBritish Columbia by theSummerland Research Station.[1]
It is a cross between two very popular apples, theMcIntosh andGrimes Golden. The flavor is sweet, like its McIntosh parent it is crispy only while just picked. Skin is flushed red over greenish yellow.[1]
