José Fernando Santa Robledo (born September 12, 1970) is a retiredfootballdefender who played at international level forColombia. He played two matches at the1998 FIFA World Cup, and his club at that time wasAtlético Nacional. He also appeared at the1992 Summer Olympics.
Born inPereira, Risaralda, Santa was the first personRisaralda Department to play in aFIFA World Cup.[1]
