José Luis García Sánchez (born 22 September 1941) is a Spanishfilm director,screenwriter andproducer. He has directed 30 films since 1968. He wrote for the 1973 filmHabla, mudita, which was entered into the23rd Berlin International Film Festival.[1] In 1978, he directedLas truchas ("Trouts"), which won theGolden Bear at the28th Berlin International Film Festival.[2]
