Jonas Andersson (born 1 January 1977) is aSwedishrallyco-driver. Currently, he is the co-driver ofGus Greensmith.[1]
Jonas Andersson began hisrally career in2002,co-driving forPer-Gunnar Andersson. In the2002 Rally Sweden, he made hisWRC debut in aRenault Clio RS.[1]
From2009, he started to partner with the Norwegian rally driverMads Østberg.[1] In the2011 Rally Sweden, they achieved their first podium finish.[2] One year later, inPortugal, the crew won their first and onlyWRC victory afterMikko Hirvonen's disqualification.[3]
Starting from2017, Andersson began to cooperate withPontus Tidemand. They won the2017 WRC-2 title atŠkoda Motorsport in aŠkoda Fabia R5.[4]
The2022 season saw Andersson moved toM-Sport, co-driving forGus Greensmith on a full-season basis.[5]
