Jonathan Levy is an American behavioral scientist, social networker and author.[2][3][4] Levy is known for having formed a series of dinner parties known as theInfluencer's Dinner,[1] to encourage influencers from various industries to interact.[5][1][6][7]

Career

Levy's writing primarily focuses on what affects decision making.[8] He works out ofC Lab collaborating withneuroscientistMoran Cerf, of theKellogg School of Management.[9]

Levy researched the behavior of people at every level of influence, in order to better understand what causes them to engage and connect.[10] He researched dating statistics from the dating appHinge to discover what leads people to take their online connections and move them into in person relationships.[8]

He created dinner parties known as Influencers Dinners[1] and Inspired Culture: The Salon to gather influencers from various industries.[2][11][12]

Levy spoke atTED andFortune's Brainstorm Health.[13]

Levy'sThe 2 AM Principle: Discover the Science of Adventure was published in 2016 byRegan Arts and distributed bySimon & Schuster.[14][15][16][better source needed] The book was mentioned byGQ,Vogue, andElle.[4][17][18]

In 2021, Levy released his second book, “You’re Invited: The Art and Science of Cultivating Influence”.[19]

Personal life

Between 2014 and 2015, Levy was recognized as one of "New York City's Most Successful Bachelors" byGotham Magazine[20] and one of the "41 Most Eligible Bachelors" in America byElle Magazine.[21]
