John Stuart Scott (sometimes credited asJohn Scott orJohn S. Scott) is an Americantelevision director andproducer who has directed episodes for several series includingGlee,The Office andChuck.

Television work

Scott began his career behind the camera working on a number of films and television series and commercials starting in the early 1990s. In 2009, he made his directorial debut on drama seriesNip/Tuck, and also directed thefinal episode of that series in 2010.[1] He subsequently directed two episodes— "Acafellas" and "The Rhodes Not Taken"— of thefirst season ofGlee, the third episode—Andy's Play— of theseventh season of the American version ofThe Office,[2][failed verification] and episodes for shows such asScoundrels,Chuck,Love Bites,Gigantic,Outsourced, andAmerican Horror Story.[3][failed verification]
