John Winfield Stephenson (bornc. 1923/1924 – May 15, 2015) was an American actor who worked primarily in voice-over roles.[ 1]
Stephenson was fromKenosha, Wisconsin .[ 2] After serving in theUnited States Army Air Forces as a gunner and radio operator duringWorld War II , Stephenson took a course in speech and drama atNorthwestern University and graduated with a theatre degree before moving to Hollywood.[ 2] [ 3]
Stephenson died ofAlzheimer's disease , aged 91[ 2] on May 15, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, their two children (a son and a daughter) and a granddaughter.[ 3]
