John George Martinkovic (February 4, 1927 – February 8, 2018) was anAmerican footballdefensive lineman in theNational Football League for theGreen Bay Packers and theNew York Giants. He playedcollege football and basketball atXavier University and wasdrafted in the sixth round of the1951 NFL draft by theWashington Redskins.[1] He was inducted into theGreen Bay Packers Hall of Fame in 1974.[2] Martinkovic died on February 8, 2018, at the age of 91.[3]
