John Francis Moore is an American comic book writer known for stints as writer on suchMarvel Comics series asX-Force,X-Factor,Doom 2099 andX-Men 2099. He also wroteElseworld's Finest and co-wroteBatman/Houdini: The Devil's Workshop withHoward Chaykin forDC'sElseworlds series, and was the writer for Howard Chaykin'sAmerican Flagg! series.
He wrote episodes ofThe Flash,Superboy,Human Target,Viper andPalace Guard. OnThe Flash (1990s TV series), he also served as executive story consultant and story editor.[1]
