John Barrard (12 September 1924 – 13 October 2013) was aBritishcharacter actor who had a career spanning five decades and who perhaps is best known for playing Dooley, Santa's No. 2, inSanta Claus: The Movie (1985).[1]

Before these roles he appeared in theCoronation Street spin-offPardon the Expression (1965).
