Joseph Grogan is the former director of theUnited States Domestic Policy Council and assistant to PresidentDonald Trump.[1][2] Appointed by Acting Chief of StaffMick Mulvaney, Grogan converted the traditionally small office into an influential policy council.[3][4][5][6]

Grogan worked from 2017 to January 2019 as a health care official in theOffice of Management and Budget.[4] He was appointed a member of theWhite House Coronavirus Task Force in January 2020.[1][2]

On April 29, 2020, Grogan announced he would resign on May 24.[7][8] He subsequently joined the board of directors of Verde Technologies.[9]
