James Lee Francisco (October 10, 1937 – September 1, 2018)[1] was an American politician. He served as the 43rdLieutenant Governor of Kansas from 1991 to 1995. He graduated fromWichita State University and was an employee relations counselor. Francisco lived inMoundridge, Kansas. He also served in theKansas House of Representatives from 1967 to 1973 and served in theKansas Senate from 1973 to 1991.[2][3]
