TheJewish Social Democratic Party "Poale Zion" (German:Jüdische sozialdemokratische Partei "Poale Zion"), later renamedJewish Socialist Workers Party Poale Zion in German Austria (Jüdische sozialistische Arbeiterpartei Poale Zion in Deutschösterreich) in the fall of 1921[1] andJewish Communist Party of Austria (Jüdische Kommunistische Partei Oesterreichs), was apolitical party inAustria. The party publishedFreie Tribune 1919–1921. The party was part of the internationalJewish Communist Union (Poalei Zion), the left wing of theLabour ZionistPoale Zion movement.[2]
