Jerry Gale Cornelison (born September 13, 1936) is an American former professionalfootballoffensive tackle who played in theCanadian Football League (CFL) andAmerican Football League (AFL).
Although he was selected by theCleveland Browns of theNational Football League (NFL) in the1958 NFL draft, Cornelison began his professional career with theSaskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL. He then played five seasons in the AFL, from 1960 to 1965, for theDallas Texans / Kansas City Chiefs. In 1962, he was anAFL All-Star atoffensive guard.
