Jeffrey Mason Fishback (born November 20, 1941, inSan Mateo, California) is a retiredmiddle- andlong-distance runner from theUnited States. He won the gold medal in the men's3000 metres steeplechase event at the1963 Pan American Games inBrazil.

Fishback represented his native country at the1964 Summer Olympics inTokyo, Japan. He was runner-up in the steeplechase at the 1962 NCAAs forSan Jose State College coached byLloyd (Bud) Winter. Fishback was affiliated with the Santa Clara Valley Youth Village .
