Javier Adrián Baena (born April 5, 1968) is an Argentine former professionalfootballer who played as adefender for clubs in Argentina and Chile.
Baena worked as manager of thePlatense youth system between 2014 and 2016.[5][6]
In 2017, Baena joined the technical staff ofClaudio Spontón for the Platense reserve team as an assistant coach.[7]
