Jana Thieme (born 6 July 1970) is a Germanrower andOlympic champion.

Thieme travelled toBarcelona for the1992 Summer Olympics as a substitute but did not compete.[1] She competed at the1996 Summer Olympics.[2] She won a gold medal in double sculls with her partnerKathrin Boron at the2000 Sydney Olympic Games.[3]

Thieme has won six World Championships and nine German Championships.[4]
