Jai Mummy Di (transl. All Hail the Mother!) is a 2020 IndianHindi-languageromantic comedy film directed by debutant Navjot Gulati starringSunny Singh andSonnalli Seygall.[4] The film also features actorsSupriya Pathak andPoonam Dhillon.[5] It was produced byLuv Films and distributed byT-Series. The film tells the story of conflicting dynamics between mothers of protagonists and how that is affecting them and other members of both the families.[6] The film was theatrically released in India on 17 January 2020.[7]
The film brings Singh and Seygall back together on-screen afterPyaar Ka Punchnama 2.[8][9]
Lovestruck couple decides to take their relationship to the next level and get married. However, they hit a bumpy road when they learn that their mothers do not like each other.
The film has been shot in many locations of which one being Raj Nagar,Ghaziabad Sector 7.

The songMummy Nu Pasand is a remake of the 2017 hit Punjabi singleJaani Teri Naa, originally produced bySukh-E Musical Doctorz, which was recreated for the film byTanishk Bagchi.[11][12]
The songLamborghini is a rehash of the 2018 Punjabi songLamberghini, written and composed by The Doorbeen, and featuring Ragini Tandan, which is in turn based on a traditional folk songChitta Kukkad.[13][14]
