John Morlock (April 7, 1916 – January 7, 1976) was anAmerican football player.
A native ofMcKeesport, Pennsylvania, Morlock attendedMoundsville High School inWest Virginia and then played college football and basketball atMarshall University.[1] He was selected by theUnited Press as a first-team forward on the 1939 All-Buckeye Conference football team.[2]
He was selected by theDetroit Lions with the 126th pick in the1940 NFL draft.[3] He appeared in four games as a halfback for the Lions during the 1940 season.[4][5]
