Jack Dean Kingsbury (born 1934) is the former Aubrey Lee Brooks professor oftheology atUnion Presbyterian Seminary inRichmond, Virginia , now anemeritus professor .
He is a scholar of theNew Testament , specializing in theBook of Matthew and the otherSynoptic Gospels .[ 1] As abiblical scholar , he wrote a number of books on New Testament topics.[ 2] [ 3]
