Jack Kennedy (born June 4, 2008) is an Americantennis player. He has aITF junior combined ranking of No. 5 achieved on 2 June 2025. He won theboys' doubles title at the2025 US Open with compatriotKeaton Hance. Neumayer has a career highATP singles ranking of world No. 983 achieved on 24 November 2025 and career high ATP doubles ranking of No. 1,698 achieved on 28 July 2025.[1]
Kennedy was born inHuntington, New York, to Bryan and Jeannie Kennedy. He trains at Robbie Wagner Tennis inGlen Cove, New York.[2]
In July 2022, Kennedy won both the singles and doubles titles at the USTA Boys' 14 National Clay Court Championships.[3] That December, he reached the final of theU14 Junior Orange Bowl.[4] In August 2024, he reached the final of theUSTA Boys' 18 National Championships, but lost to compatriotMatthew Forbes.[2]
In January 2025, he reached theboys' singles quarterfinals of theAustralian Open.[5] That May, he won the J300 event inSanta Croce sull'Arno and reached the semifinals of the J500Trofeo Bonfiglio.[6][7] At theFrench Open, he andKeaton Hance reached theboys' doubles semifinals.[8][9] The pair later went on to win theboys' doubles title at theUS Open after defeating Jack Secord and Yannick Alvarez in the semifinals and Benjamin Willwerth and Noah Johnston in the final.[10][11]
He will begin playing collegiate tennis for theVirginia Cavaliers in the fall of 2026.[12][13]
In August 2024, he received a wildcard into thequalifying competition of theUS Open, but lost in the first round toMaximilian Marterer.[2][14]
