Jūrōta Kosugi (小杉 十郎太,Kosugi Jūrōta; born December 19, 1957[1] inYokohama, Japan) is a Japanesevoice actor. His major roles includeArlong inOne Piece,Asuma Sarutobi inNaruto,Akio Ohtori inRevolutionary Girl Utena, Isamu Kenmochi inKindaichi Case Files, Big Zenki inZenki, andJotaro Kujo inJoJo's Bizarre Adventure (OVA). In video games, he provides the voice of Nobunaga Oda in theSamurai Warriors andWarriors Orochi series. He also provides the Japanese voice forBilly Blanks,David Duchovny,Tony Leung Chiu-wai andLuke Perry. He was also the first dub-over artist ofDaniel Craig andAndy Lau in their early days.
